An hour of integrated practice incorporating relaxation techniques at sunset, led by Francesca Tori in the magical atmosphere of the Salina.

Depending on the conditions in the pool, we will decide whether to hold the session inside the pool or amongst the salt mountains.

We will glide into a gentle and restful session, rebalancing the body’s energies to promote relaxation and wellbeing. Practising at sunset helps us to regain our calm and release the tension and fatigue accumulated during the day; it alleviates anxiety, nervousness and insomnia, improving the quality of our sleep.

Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
Yoga enables us to feel at ease with ourselves and, consequently, with others. It gives us the ability to enjoy every little thing, to live in the present moment; it allows us to develop our innate empathy and gratitude towards life itself, and enables us to savour every single moment to the full.
The practice helps us to develop flexibility and lightness, as well as depth of thought and concentration; this, in turn, helps us to improve our ability to discern and make the right choices on our life’s journey.
