Walk in the hills of Brisighella, taking in the badlands, the Tanaccia Cave and the vineyards.
Meeting point: Complesso Osservanza, Via Masironi, 3
From the Complesso Osservanza, we’ll walk to the Clock Tower and then continue towards Monte della Siepe, the Rio Solfanè valley, the Tanaccia Cave, Monte Nosadella and on to Cà Vicchio, before descending into the Rio Chiè valley.
We’ll cross the badlands along Via Pideura, surrounded by colourful vegetation and offering sweeping panoramic views, until you reach the Bulzaga Winery, where we’ll stop for a tasting of local produce (booking required via the winery on 3351375120 – 3792424957, €20) with the option of a packed lunch
Return to the Complesso dell’Osservanza at Via Masironi 3
Route length: approx. 19 km.
Elevation gain/loss: 600 m
Hiking difficulty: moderate, with sections along the gully ridge in safe conditions.
Duration of the hike: 6.5 hours (excluding stops)
