The Arch of Augustus, the Rimini Amphitheatre, the Surgeon's Domus (outdoors) and the Tiberius Bridge tell the story of Roman Rimini.
Then there is a foray into the Middle Ages with Porta Galliana and into the Renaissance thanks to the Malatesta Temple and Castel Sismondo (outdoors).
Among the streets of the old town centre, you cannot miss Piazza Cavour with the renovated 'A. Galli' Theatre and, not far away, one of the symbolic monuments of 20th-century Rimini: the Fulgor Cinema, whose history is in part linked to the well-known director Federico Fellini (born in Rimini on 20 January 1920).
