From Friday 21 to Sunday 23 August 2026, the Pro - Ville di Montecoronaro association will once again host the Sagra della Pera Cocomerina, a highly anticipated event entirely dedicated to this extremely rare and precious fruit of nature, which has been awarded the prestigious Slow Food Presidium status.

Set in the heart of the picturesque ‘Ido Bragagni’ Park, the event will offer visitors a rich cultural and gastronomic programme ranging from interesting themed conferences and in-depth presentations to the most eagerly awaited moment of the festival, namely the area dedicated to tastings and direct sales of both freshly picked pears and all the delicacies and artisanal products made from them, showcasing this local treasure.
