Once again this year, Riccione is bringing back one of the summer’s most popular events dedicated to wellbeing and connecting with nature. ‘Le Albe dello Yoga’ is back – an initiative promoted by Riccione Town Council and organised by Renza Bellei – to guide residents and visitors on a journey of physical and mental reawakening, immersed in the tranquillity of the early hours of the day.

The sessions will take place every Saturday from 20 June to 5 September, from 6.30 am to 7.30 am, in the park at Villa Mussolini, just a stone’s throw from the sea. The classes will be suitable for practitioners of all levels and are on a pay-what-you-can basis.

This is how summer begins in Riccione: barefoot on the grass, breathing in the new day to the full, whilst the light of dawn accompanies slow, mindful movements. An opportunity to carve out a space for listening, energy and serenity.

To take part in the session, we recommend bringing a yoga mat and wearing comfortable clothing.
