Emilia Romagna Castles

On Saturday 18 July, from 7.00 pm until midnight, the “Gastronomic Walk” dedicated to local flavours and traditions will take place in Bagno di Romagna.

Bagno’s culinary distinctiveness lies in its identity as a cuisine situated on the border between Tuscany and Romagna.
Situated in the Apennines, this village blends the exuberance of Romagna’s traditions with the understated simplicity of Tuscany, drawing on humble ingredients, upcycled produce and the bounty of the woodland – all of which can be savoured along this itinerary where delicious flavours take centre stage.

Prices and Registration:

Adults: €25 – Children up to 14 years old: €10 – Children up to 6 years old: Free.

Starting point: Piazza Ricasoli (this is where registration takes place and where you will be given your voucher, wristband, wine glass and glass holder).

A deposit of €5 is required for the wine glass and glass holder, which will be refunded upon return.

A full-price ticket entitles you to one dish and one glass of wine at each station, available at the six food stations.

Alternatively, you can enjoy individual tastings directly at the food stalls at the prices quoted at the time.

The six food stations:

Station No. 1: Piazza Ricasoli – Aperitif;
Station No. 2: Piazza Dante – Bruschetta with porcini mushrooms;
Station No. 3: Liceo Righi – Polenta;
Station No. 4: Giardini del Carmine – Panzanella;
Station No. 5: Idropinica – Zambudelli and side dish;
Station No. 6: Giardini Pubblici – Sorbet/Fruit

There will also be live music at Piazza Ricasoli, Liceo Righi and Parco Idropinica.
