EVENT LINK
As part of the celebrations for International Women's Day, from 1 to 9 March, Villa Lodi Fè will host the painting and sculpture exhibition "Il mio nome è donna" (My Name is a Woman) organised by the Scultura Aps cultural association, a city organisation that deals with the promotion and dissemination of visual art, particularly sculpture, through the organisation of courses, events and exhibitions both in Riccione and throughout Italy.
The exhibition makes its debut in Riccione, and then becomes itinerant in other places and prestigious venues in Emilia-Romagna.
The exhibition is a tribute to women in all their facets. A rich itinerary that recounts her role through a number of characters from history, mythology, cinema, current affairs and the contemporary world, created by the artists members of the Riccione association through more than 30 works, including sculptures in terracotta, ceramics, plaster, paintings, decorations and engravings. A veritable journey into the female imagery that crosses epochs and cultures, from antiquity to the present day.

The works on display, created by members of the association using different techniques and materials, tell the female universe with sensitivity and originality. They include Roberta Bagli, Consuelo Casadei, Milena Cima, Silvana Colina, Loredana Colonna, Federica Conti, Annamaria Denti, Davide Ferrero, Cristiana Guidi, Isabella Marinelli, Maddalena Fano Medas, Elisabetta Perchinunno, Marco Pieri, Monica Pirazzoli-A Me, Eufemia Rampi, Sabina Sabattini and Orazio A. E. Vitaliti.
