A guided tour to look at Rimini with different eyes, going beyond its reputation as a seaside and leisure town. Behind the lively and touristy façade, in fact, lies an ancient soul, made up of forgotten stories, hidden corners and extraordinary testimonies of the past.

On the way, two ancient churches, located in the quietest streets of the old town, will be explored.
An itinerary that also reserves a topographical surprise: an uphill road - an absolute rarity in a city known for its flatness - that leads to new viewpoints over the city.

The walk continues with an encounter with the bust of a Risorgimento martyr, a silent witness of an era of ideals and struggles, and culminates with a stop at the famous Malatesta Temple.
Here, among the numerous monumental sarcophagi, two fascinating figures stand out: a 15th-century astrologer and Giorgio Gemisto Pletone, an illustrious Neo-Platonic philosopher from Constantinople, whose tomb evokes suggestions of the East and humanism.

An itinerary for those wishing to rediscover Rimini in a new light, where history, art and mystery intertwine in a captivating tale.
