History comes back to life
How many times do we walk through a place without really knowing its history? How many memories are tied to the places we live in? How wonderful would it be to share the emotions of a photograph?
From these questions comes Busseto Click, a project that aims to rediscover the past history of the places that still form part of Busseto’s present, giving back to the community and to visitors a heritage of stories, images and memories.
The idea is simple: walk through Busseto and let curiosity be your guide.
In 10 culturally significant locations around the town you will find QR codes. Simply scan them with your smartphone to access bussetoclick.it: a new way to discover the town.
THE INAUGURATION
The project will be officially presented on Sunday 27 September in Busseto.
From 4:30 p.m. in Piazza IV Novembre, join “Una Vasca”: a historical walk through the streets of the centre guided by a special guest;
From 5:30 p.m., visit the exhibition “Memorie Parallele” by the Circolo Fotografico Quarta Dimensione in the Cloister of Santa Maria degli Angeli;
From 6:00 p.m. the Cloister of Santa Maria degli Angeli will host a refreshment accompanied by the music of Asteria Jazz Trio, a local jazz group.
