On Friday 25 July from 7.30 p.m. onwards, a host of sommeliers, chefs and winelovers will celebrate the great wines, the region's certified products and the fish of the Adriatic in a whirlwind of tastings. Over 300 labels for free tasting, gourmet piadas prepared with fish, Romagna bubbles, Culatello, Parmigiano Reggiano, and live music for an evening of regional food and wine culture.
Together with the great wines of Emilia Romagna for free tasting, two exceptional protagonists: the Piadina Romagnola Igp interpreted in a gourmet version by the Master of street food Daniele Reponi, and fish presented with flair and imagination by Chef Matteo Salbaroli of the ChefToChef Emilia-Romagna Chefs Association, assisted by cooking teacher Carla Brigliadori.
The guest of honour in Riccione will be the Consorzio Vini di Romagna with its Novebolle Lounge format, a privè where the best bubbles of the territory grouped in the Doc Romagna Spumante, combined with the iconic Culatello di Zibello Dop and Parmigiano Reggiano Dop, will be tasted. Service and presentation (in addition to the chefs) by students and teachers of the Pellegrino Artusi Hotelier Institute in Forlimpopoli, partner of the event, coordinated by maitre Stefano Buda and Chef Silvia Mariani.
Completing the tastings will be the exclusive Best 100 and 12 Ambassadors Tasting Table, the top wines awarded this year by "Emilia Romagna da bere e da mangiare", the regional guide of the Italian Sommelier Association, which will be handed out as a preview at the entrance to all participants.
During the stage there will also be the story of the dishes with a double show coking, entrusted to Daniele Reponi and Matteo Salbaroli.
Admission is on payment, tickets can be purchased online at shop.emiliaromagnavini.it and include free tasting of wines at the tasting counters, some food proposals, the 'Emilia-Romagna da bere e da mangiare' guide, and the tasting glass.
