From 18 to 20 July, Riccione celebrates Our Lady of the Sea.

The celebrations will open on Friday 18 July at 9.15 pm at the Club Nautico with the public meeting "Archeologia della navigazione. Il Mediterraneo antico" (Archaeology of Ancient Mediterranean Sea), in which Stefano Medas, in dialogue with Roberto Leardini, will guide the public on a fascinating journey through history, archaeology and ethnography, with Saviolina, Riccione's identity symbol, at the centre. The event will be enriched by sound counterpoints by Onorino Tiburzi.

On Saturday 19 July, at 5 p.m., Riccione harbour will host the traditional sailing of the Saviolina together with the historical boats of Romagna.

On Sunday 20 July, at 9.30 a.m., the same place for the wreath-laying ceremony in honour of the Madonna del Mare, followed by the evocative sea procession with the Saviolina and the historical sails. In the evening, at 9.15 pm, the Piazzale del Porto will host the Solemn Holy Mass presided over by Bishop Emeritus Francesco Lambiasi. The 2025 edition of the feast of Our Lady of the Sea will end with a fireworks display.
